Axiom Home Services, LoPrinzi Continue to Keep it Cool

It was the middle of July, typically the hottest month of the year in Albuquerque. Many people across the metro area were sweltering in their homes, even with air conditioners turned on. Retired Rio Rancho secretary Judith Brunk and her husband, John, however, were cool and comfortable in their home thanks to Axiom Home Services. The company recently installed a new heating and cooling system and replaced their water heater.

“When Mario LoPrinzi, owner of Axiom, came over to give me the estimate, he was so thorough and he explained things so well,” says Judith. “The first thing he said when he looked at our old system was, ‘This is too big for your house.’ And right away I thought, well, he’s not going to try to sell me something I don’t need, which is something the previous company did. When you listen to reviews about how I came out, I don’t do sales, I do education. I own the company so they tell me what product they need or what their needs are. I tell them the product that’s going to fit that need and I put a number on it. To me that’s not sales, that’s education.”

LoPrinzi also says his technicians “do a lot of training to stay on top of the new technologies, the new products, the new ways of doing things if they fit our environment here in Albuquerque. If you don’t invest in yourself how are you going to deliver a quality product when you don’t know what the product is?” he asks.
